German Medical Technology is a modern plant in Bucharest built as a European center of high-precision technologies. Under one roof work engineers, technologists and specialists who turn complex drawings into real parts for medicine, automotive and aerospace industries. We do not simply machine metal and polymers — we create components on which people’s health, road safety and flight reliability depend.
Our equipment includes the most modern 5-axis centers and Swiss-type machines, cleanrooms of ISO classes 5–7 and fully automated lines. We work with titanium, cobalt-chromium, biocompatible polymers and special alloys. Every stage — from the first prototype to serial production — is controlled according to ISO 13485, MDR and AS9100 standards. This allows us to guarantee full traceability and zero defects even in the most demanding projects.
We came to Bucharest not by chance. Here we combined German engineering culture, Romanian operational flexibility and many years of Ukrainian manufacturing experience. PRODUCTION
Every blank begins its journey in the design office, where engineers create detailed digital models and physical samples.
Then the material enters the workshop, where powerful Japanese automatics simultaneously perform turning, milling and drilling operations, forming even the most complex geometry.
After the basic form, the surface undergoes a true transformation: it is processed by electromagnetic tumbling, sandblasting, acid etching and various types of anodizing.
The next step is deep cleaning — the part is immersed in six special ultrasonic baths that completely free it from any contamination.
In a specially isolated room final packaging takes place, and gamma irradiation puts the final point in this long and careful process.
LABORATORY
In the laboratory an atmosphere of extreme exactingness reigns.
Specialists use modern instruments to measure geometry, roughness and functional properties of parts. In parallel operates a biotechnological section where materials for bone tissue restoration are manufactured using Swiss technology. This is both a natural variant from purified bovine cancellous bone and a synthetic one based on hydroxyapatite and beta-tricalcium phosphate. Both types have high mechanical strength and absolute immune compatibility, therefore they are actively used in dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, orthopedics and traumatology.

2015 Початок
German Medical Technology була заснована з чіткою метою — створити сучасне європейське виробництво високоточних прецизійних компонентів. Почали з невеликої майстерні та перших верстатів, фокусуючись на найвищій якості механічної обробки.
2018 Запуск повного циклу
Побудовано завод повного циклу в Бухаресті. Встановлено високоточні японські автоматичні верстати Swiss-type. Запущено весь технологічний ланцюг — від механічної обробки до обробки поверхні та очищення. Почато серійне виробництво медичних компонентів.
2022 Розширення можливостей
Введено чисті кімнати класу ISO 7, власну метрологічну лабораторію та повний багатоступінчастий контроль якості. Отримана сертифікація ISO 13485:2016. Розширено площу заводу до 10 000 кв. метрів сучасних виробничих потужностей. Розширено портфель на аерокосмічні та автомобільні прецизійні деталі.

Сьогодні завод — сучасне підприємство повного замкнутого циклу. Ми поєднуємо передові технології, мікронну точність і багаторівневий контроль. Виготовляємо прецизійні компоненти для медицини, аерокосмосу та автомобільної промисловості, які відповідають найвищим міжнародним стандартам.
