Every part follows a clearly defined path — from mechanical machining to surface treatment, cleaning, and final packaging. All stages are interconnected and carried out according to fixed parameters.
We pay particular attention to process stability. This enables us to maintain consistent part characteristics even when working with different material batches and changing production volumes.
LABORATORY
The laboratory operates under strict requirements for measurement accuracy and repeatability
Here we control geometry, surface roughness, and other critical parameters. Measurements are performed on equipment with verified accuracy, and the results are immediately linked to the specific production batch. This makes it possible to quickly identify deviations and influence the process, rather than simply recording defects.
The laboratory works in continuous interaction with production and serves as its practical tool, not as a separate inspection unit.

2015 Початок
German Medical Technology була заснована з чіткою метою — створити сучасне європейське виробництво високоточних прецизійних компонентів. Почали з невеликої майстерні та перших верстатів, фокусуючись на найвищій якості механічної обробки.
2018 Запуск повного циклу
Побудовано завод повного циклу в Бухаресті. Встановлено високоточні японські автоматичні верстати Swiss-type. Запущено весь технологічний ланцюг — від механічної обробки до обробки поверхні та очищення. Почато серійне виробництво медичних компонентів.
2022 Розширення можливостей
Введено чисті кімнати класу ISO 7, власну метрологічну лабораторію та повний багатоступінчастий контроль якості. Отримана сертифікація ISO 13485:2016. Розширено площу заводу до 10 000 кв. метрів сучасних виробничих потужностей. Розширено портфель на аерокосмічні та автомобільні прецизійні деталі.
2026 Інновації та розвиток
Сьогодні завод — сучасне підприємство повного замкнутого циклу. Ми поєднуємо передові технології, мікронну точність і багаторівневий контроль. Виготовляємо прецизійні компоненти для медицини, аерокосмосу та автомобільної промисловості, які відповідають найвищим міжнародним стандартам.
