CNC Swiss-type machines The park numbers over 50 Japanese CNC Swiss-type machines with 3, 4 and 5 axis configuration.
- Maximum bar machining diameter: Ø32 mm
- Maximum machining length: up to 200 mm (depending on model and configuration)
- Kinematics:
- 3-axis — basic high-precision turning
- 4-axis — turning + live tooling
- 5-axis — full machining of complex geometries in one setup (C-axis + Y-axis)

Tooling (over 1000 units)
The composition includes:
- Driven tools (Live Tools) — tools with their own electric drive that are mounted on the turret or gang tool post of the machine. They allow milling, drilling and thread cutting without repositioning the part.
- Static turning tools and holders.
- ER collet chucks and reducing sleeves for different diameters.
- Indexable carbide inserts.
- Specialized holders for axial and radial operations.
A large quantity of tooling allows quick changeover of machines for different part nomenclatures, reduces downtime and ensures high production flexibility.
The park is equipped with over 1000 units of tooling.
Surface treatment and cleaning processes
- Electromagnetic tumbling — deburring, edge radius formation and cleaning of hard-to-reach zones.
- Sandblasting — creation of controlled roughness and removal of oxide film.
- Chemical etching — formation of micro-porous surface structure for improved osseointegration.
- Multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning in six media (acidic, alkaline, alcohol and deionized water) to achieve a high level of chemical purity.
Cleanrooms
- ISO 7 cleanroom (confirmed by laboratory tests).
- Air filtration and particle count control.
- Primary packaging of medical devices in an isolated clean zone.
- Personnel work in special clothing.
- Possibility of subsequent gamma-ray sterilization
Metrology laboratory and quality control system
Our own metrology laboratory provides a full control cycle at all production stages.
